- Take 2 cups of aata.
- Prepare 1 cup of suji.
- Get 250 gms of mix dry fruits (badam, kaju, pista).
- Get 100 gms of paanch magaz(watermelon seeds,musk melon seeds, alsi).
- You need 100 gms of paanch magaz(kheere ke beej).
- Use 50 gms of foxnut/makhane.

- Take 100 gms ghee let it heat fry gound in it till it swells.
- Remove in separate plate take paanch magaz, all dry fruits til and postu and roast it in ghee which is left in the kadai.
- Heat the rest 400 gms ghee and add aata, suji and besan and roast till golden brown.
- Grind all the above things mentioned in point 2 in the mixie.
- Mix all the coarsely grinded things in the mixture.
